On Wednesday the 8th of September 2021, the head office Oolu Energy Nigeria was graced with the visit of Mr. Eyo O. Ekpo, CEO Excredite Consulting Limited who is a consultant for the Lagos state electricity board.

The purpose of the visit is part of a push to pass a bill at the National level promoting the secondary electricity market (off-grid and pico solutions).
Driving growth in the off-grid sector and pushing policies that will help promote this growth is a sure way to ensure everyone has sufficient access to electricity within Lagos state and beyond.

The consultant was taken around the several departments at the head office and was briefly brought up to speed with some of Oolu Energy Nigeria’s operations & processes.

The mini-tour also took him to the call center and the Technical department where he got insights on our after-sales support and detailed information on the operation & performance of some of our products.

The tour ended with a visit to the shop of a customer situated at the Obalende market in Lagos state, Mr. Eyo was accompanied by members of staff. The customer had purchased and installed the WOW solar 100 product.

Mr. Eyo was able to experience the WOW solar 100 in operation and also get a first-hand review on the product from the customer who had only positive feedbacks, the customer also went on to explain how the WOW Solar 100 had powered his business by increasing his business hours and also reduced his expenses on power drastically.

The day ended with all parties saying “Cheese” and posing for a picture just outside the customer’s shop.
